Learning outcomes
The Emerging Leaders Forum supports students to:
understand personal leadership and teamwork strengths and learn how to use these to work well with others
strengthen awareness of the geographical region and develop understanding of intercultural communication
interact with different global perspectives, experiences, and cultures developing effective communication skills
explore the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals, global citizenship and intercultural understanding.

Face-to-face session (Victorian students only)
Friday 15th August 2025 (10am - 2pm)
A face-to-face session will be held in Term 4 at the University of Melbourne, Parkville campus, which will bring together students from the Emerging Leaders Forum (Year 5 and 6) and the Junior Leaders Forum (Year 7 and 8). This day will connect students with youth leaders and changemakers through keynote presentations, interactive and collaborative activities and networking opportunities.
